The hotel was ideally located, close to New Street Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The rooms were spacious with a massive, comfortable bed, but there was an issue with the thermostat. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Ryan the bar supervisor. The dining experience was wonderful with lots of healthy options, and the breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay at a good value for money.

The hotel had a simple vibe in the rooms, lacking amenities like a bathtub or dressers for clothes, and it felt a bit warm even with the air conditioning on. However, the staff was very helpful and provided great customer service.
