The hotel was ideally located, close to New Street Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The rooms were spacious with a massive, comfortable bed, but there was an issue with the thermostat. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Ryan the bar supervisor. The dining experience was wonderful with lots of healthy options, and the breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay at a good value for money.
The hotel had a simple vibe in the rooms, lacking amenities like a bathtub or dressers for clothes, and it felt a bit warm even with the air conditioning on. However, the staff was very helpful and provided great customer service. The location was ideal for shopping and nightlife around the canal area, but the noise from outside could be bothersome due to ill-fitting windows. The dining experience was excellent, but the prices were a bit steep for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spotless and had a good range of toiletries, but it was quite noisy, both from outside near the water and from the neighboring couple. Better soundproofing is needed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who even surprised me with a birthday cake.
